How do we start?

Exactly at 8:40 and 21 seconds on Sunday morning the starter will pull the trigger of the pistol to kick off the elite women. 19 minutes and 39 seconds later, at 9:00 a.m. sharp, the 42.195 kilometer route will be commenced by the rest of the field*.

Men elite’s runners will start the race as the second ones (blue race bibs) who will be followed by runners starting from red and yellow zones. Runners from the green corral will start at the end, when runners with yellow numbers have crossed the starting line. This will enable the maximum comfort of running when both columns of runners will meet at the de’Gaulle’s roundabout.
